No Interruption or Adverse Impact. Contractor shall cooperate with County and all of the County’s other service providers to ensure a smooth transition at the time of Disentanglement, with no interruption of Disentangled Services or other work required under the Agreement, no adverse impact on the provision of Disentangled Services or other work required under the Agreement or County’s activities, no interruption of any services provided by third parties, and no adverse impact on the provision of services provided by third parties.
No Interruption or Adverse Impact. Provider shall cooperate with the State and the State's other service providers to ensure a smooth transition of the Disentanglement Assets.
