Common use of No Interference with Professional Judgment Clause in Contracts

No Interference with Professional Judgment. Without in any way limiting Section 16.1 hereof, during the Term, the Management Company shall not interfere with the exercise of professional judgment by any physician or other licensed health care professional who is a partner, employee, or contractor of the Medical Group, nor shall the Management Company interfere with, control, direct, or supervise any physician or other licensed health care professional in connection with the provision of Medical Group Services. The foregoing shall not preclude the Management Company from assisting in the development of professional protocols and monitoring compliance with policies and procedures that have been instituted in accordance with this Agreement.
