No infringement by Company of third party Intellectual Property. 6.2.1 To the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the Warrantors, the activities of the Company, and the practice of the inventions claimed under the Registered Owned IP, do not nor have they in the year prior to the date of this Agreement infringed, misappropriated, misused, violated or otherwise made use without authorisation of any third party Intellectual Property nor has any person threatened to the Company in writing to issue such a notice.
