No Implied Employment Contract. This Severance Agreement shall not be deemed (i) to give Executive any right to be retained in the employ or service of the Company or (ii) to interfere with the right of the Company to discharge any employee or other person at any time and for any reason, which right is hereby reserved. The Company and Executive acknowledge that Executive’s employment relationship is at-will and either Executive or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without Cause or advance notice.
