No Further Reliance. Each Investor acknowledges that it is not relying upon any representation or warranty made by the Company not set forth in this Agreement or in the Stockholders Agreement. Without derogating from or limiting the Investor’s right to rely on representations and warranties of the Company set forth in this Agreement, each Investor acknowledges that it has conducted such review and analysis of the business, assets, condition, operations and prospects of the Company and its Subsidiaries that such Investor considers sufficient for purposes of the purchase of the Acquired Shares.
