Common use of No Further Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

No Further Encumbrances. Subject to Section 8.3. Mezzanine Borrower shall do, or cause to be done, all things necessary to keep and protect the Property and the Collateral and all portions thereof unencumbered from any Liens, easements or agreements granting rights in or restricting the use or development of the Property, except for (a) Permitted Encumbrances, (b) Liens permitted pursuant to the Mezzanine Loan Documents or the Loan Documents (Mortgage), (c) Liens for Impositions prior to the imposition of any interest, charges or expenses for the non-payment thereof and (d) the Subleases.
