Common use of No Further Credits Clause in Contracts

No Further Credits. The Bank shall not be obligated to issue any further credits to cure any defaults under the Borrower Documents and/or the other Related Documents or otherwise, or in any other manner to extend any financial consideration to Borrower except as expressly provided in this Agreement or in any other written agreement with the Bank.
