No Financial Commitment. The parties agree that all Services performed under this Agreement shall be without any form of payment or other financial compensation by either party pursuant to this Agreement. The parties agree that the Agency may seek reimbursement for the Agency’s Services from other potential methods of payment including, but not limited to, Contract No. Y21-2026 in accordance with the terms therein.
