No Financial Commitment. This Agreement contains no financial commitments on the part of either Party and any financial commitments or payment obligations of either Party that may become a part of this Agreement, whether direct or contingent, shall be subject to appropriation and encumbrance by that Party’s governing body.

No Financial Commitment. Each Party pays all the costs it incurs in the set up and implementation of this Agreement. Any give expense of cost can only be committed in writing by the Party responsible for the cost in question. In no case can one Party commit an expense on behalf of another Party, without prior written consent.

No Financial Commitment. The purpose of this MOU is to set forth in general terms, the basis on which the Parties will cooperate, and as such, does not constitute a financial obligation for expenditures, personnel, property, or services. This MOU is a non-binding expression of intent. Any future transfer of funds or obligation to undertake certain work must be confirmed by an appropriate funding agreement executed by authorized officials of the Parties. In addition, this MOU does not give any third party any benefit, legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under this MOU.

No Financial Commitment. The Agency and the County agree that all Services performed under this Agreement shall be without any form of payment or other financial compensation from the County. Any costs or expenses incurred by either party will be the sole responsibility of that respective party.
