No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent, the Security Agent (except as expressly provided in Clause 27 (Security Provisions) or in any agent (Security Documents) or similarly engaged person) the Arranger as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

(a) Nothing Except, and to the extent, expressly set forth herein or in any Security Agreement, nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent, the Security Agent (except as expressly provided in the Finance Documents) or the Joint & Several Creditor or any agent (or similarly engaged person) Mandated Lead Arranger as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Security Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under except to the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other personextent expressly provided in Clause 8.1 (Appointment)).

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Security Agent (except as expressly provided in Clause 29.18 (Parallel Debt) or any agent Schedule 10 (or similarly engaged personSecurity agency provisions)) as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility a Transaction Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) an Arranger as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or expressexcept, in the case of the Security Agent, to the extent expressly provided in Clause 25.3 (Appointment of the Security Agent) obligations arising under and the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other personSecurity Trust Deed).

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent, the Security Trustee (except as expressly provided in (Security trust provisions) and in Clause 26.1(b) (Appointment of the Agent and the Security Trustee) or any agent (or similarly engaged person) the Arranger as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing Except, and to the extent, expressly set forth herein or in any Security Agreement, nothing in this Agreement or constitutes any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Facilities Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Security Agent (except as expressly provided in Clause 29.18 (Parallel Debt) or any agent Schedule 9 (or similarly engaged personSecurity agency provisions)) as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) 27.4.1 Nothing in this Agreement or constitutes the Agent and/or Arranger and/or (save as expressly stated in this Agreement and/or any other Finance Documents constitutes Document) the Facility Security Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing Subject to Clause 22.1 (Security Agent as holder of security) and any other provision relating to the Security Agent’s role as trustee, nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) the Security Agent as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (ai) Nothing Except where a Finance Document specifically provides otherwise, nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent, the Security Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) the Mandated Lead Arranger as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent, the Security Agent (except as expressly provided in any Finance Document) or any agent (or similarly engaged person) Arranger as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent, the Security Agent (except as expressly provided in any Finance Document) or any agent (or similarly engaged person) the Coordinator as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other person.

No Fiduciary Duties. (a) Nothing in this Agreement or any other Finance Documents constitutes the Facility Agent or any agent (or similarly engaged person) Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger and/or the Issuing Bank as a trustee or fiduciary of any other person or (except, in the case of the Security Agent, as having any other implied (or express) obligations arising under the agency doctrine of any applicable law to such other personexpressly set out in this Agreement).
