NO ESTATE IN LAND. This contract and Lease shall create the relationship of landlord and tenant between Lessor and Lessee; no estate shall pass out of Lessor except that of the tenancy described herein; and Lessee shall have only the rights of enjoyment stated herein of property vested in the Lessor which rights are not subject to levy and sale.
