NO ESTATE IN LAND. This Lease shall create the relationship of landlord and tenant between Lessor and Lessee, and nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed by the parties hereto, or by any third party, as creating the relationship of principal and agent, or of partnership, or of joint venture, or of any relationship other than landlord and tenant, between the parties hereto. No estate shall pass out of Lessor and Lessee has only a usufruct not subject to levy and sale.
