Neither such Buyer, nor any of Buyer’s officers, directors, employees, agents, stockholders or partners has either directly or indirectly, including through a broker or finder: (i) engaged in or received any general solicitation or (ii) published or received any advertisement in connection with the offer or sale of the Securities.
