Common use of No Effect on Other Parties Clause in Contracts

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer under this Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 6.01 hereof or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer and the Trustee under this Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 6.01 hereof, or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer other parties under this Agreement or under Agreement, the Indenture and the Contract Acquisition Agreement shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 6.01 hereof or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer Owner under this Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the IndentureAgreement.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 6.1 or upon any appointment of a successor to the Successor Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties duties, obligations, and obligations responsibilities of the Issuer Securitization Entities or the Indenture Trustee under this Agreement or under Agreement, the Indenture and the other Transactions Documents shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 6.01 hereof, or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer other parties under this Agreement, the Trust and Security Agreement, and the Lease Acquisition Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer, the Special Servicer from time to time or the Servicing Advisor pursuant to Section 5.01 6.01 or Section 6.02, or upon any appointment of a successor to the Successor Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer under this Agreement or other parties under the Indenture Transaction Documents shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 6.01, or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer other parties under this Agreement, 29 30 the Indenture, and the Contribution Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 5.1 or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer under this Agreement or under Trustee, in its capacity as the Indenture Trustee hereunder, shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the IndentureServicing Agreement.

No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 Sections 7.01 or 8.01(b) hereof, or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer other parties under this Agreement or under and the Amended and Restated Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.effect. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer Servicer, the Custodian or the Servicing Advisor from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 5.1 or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, the Custodian or to the Servicing Advisor, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer Issuer, the Credit Enhancer or the Indenture Trustee under this Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 6.01 hereof, or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer other parties under this Agreement, the Indenture, and the Lease Acquisition Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.

Upon giving effect to the resignation of the Servicer pursuant to Section 4.03 or any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 or 5.02, or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer Lender under this Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the IndentureAgreement.
