No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer with respect to the Transaction SUBI Portfolio pursuant to Section 8.1 hereof, or upon any appointment of a successor Servicer with respect to the Transaction SUBI Portfolio, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Origination Trustees, the UTI Holder and the Settlor under the Origination Trust Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Transaction SUBI Supplement, any other SUBI Supplement, any other SUBI Servicing Agreement Supplement or any other Origination Trust Document shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided herein or therein.
No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer with respect to the 20[ ]-[ ] Reference Pool pursuant to Section 14.1 hereof, or upon any appointment of a successor Servicer with respect to the 20[ ]-[ ] Reference Pool, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Titling Trustees, the Initial Beneficiary and World Omni under the Titling Trust Agreement, the Closed-End Servicing Agreement, the Exchange Note Supplement, any other supplement, any other Exchange Note Servicing Supplement or any other Basic Document shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided herein or therein.
No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Manager from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1 or upon any appointment of a Successor Manager, all the rights, powers, duties, obligations, and responsibilities of the Securitization Entities or the Trustee under this Agreement, the Indenture and the other Transaction Documents shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.
No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 5.01 or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Issuer under this Agreement or under the Indenture shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Indenture.
No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any complete or partial termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer from time to time pursuant to Section 6.1 or upon any appointment of a Successor Servicer with respect to all or a portion of the Trust Assets, all rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Titling Trust under this Agreement and each other Titling Trust Document shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in any other Titling Trust Document.
No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer with respect to the 1998-C SUBI Sub-Trust from time to time pursuant to Section 6.01 hereof, or upon any appointment of a successor to the Servicer with respect to the 1998-C SUBI Sub-Trust, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Titling Trustee, the UTI Beneficiary and the Transferor under this 1998-C SUBI Servicing Supplement, the 1998-C Securitization Trust Agreement, the 1998-C SUBI Supplement, or any other Trust Document shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided herein or therein.
No Effect on Other Parties. (a) Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer pursuant to Section 6.01, or upon any appointment of a successor to such Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of Trendwest under this Agreement, the Indenture and the Receivables Purchase Agreement, other than Trendwest's rights, powers, duties and obligations as Servicer therein, shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter.
No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any complete or partial termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer pursuant to Section 6.01 or upon any appointment of a Successor Servicer with respect to all or a portion of the Titling Company Assets, all rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Titling Company under this Agreement or any other Titling Company Document shall remain in full force and effect, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in any other Titling Company Document.
No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any termination of the rights and powers of the Servicer pursuant to Section 6.01, or upon any appointment of a successor Servicer, all the rights, powers, duties and obligations of the other parties under this Agreement, the Trust and Security Agreement, the Insurance Agreement and the Contribution Agreement shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter.
No Effect on Other Parties. Upon any complete or partial termination of the rights and powers of the Administrative Agent from time to time pursuant to Section 8.01 or upon any appointment of a successor to the Administrative Agent with respect to all or a portion of the Trust Assets, all rights, powers, duties and obligations of the Trust and the Trustee under this Agreement or any other Trust Document shall remain unaffected by such termination or appointment and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or in any other Trust Document.
