No Dividends on Common Shares if Event of Default. The Issuer shall not declare or pay any dividend, other than a stock dividend of Common Shares, to the holders of its issued and outstanding Common Shares after the occurrence of an Event of Default unless and until such Event of Default shall have been cured or waived or shall have ceased to exist, unless the Holders of not less than 66 2/3% in aggregate principal amount of the Outstanding Debentures consent to such declaration or payment, as applicable.
