No Conflicting Terms. Except as set forth in Section 13.0, in the case of any conflict between this LICENSE and any other document provided by Pangaea, this LICENSE shall govern, whether such other document was prepared prior to or subsequent to this LICENSE, or signed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative or agent of Pangaea.
