No Conflicting Terms. Except for ordering information and any Specifications referred to or incorporated into a Purchase Order, any terms and conditions contained in a Purchase Order or in Supplier’s quotation or order acknowledgment forms that are inconsistent with or in addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are hereby rejected by Supplier and will be deemed null and of no effect and the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
