No Conflicting Terms. Except for Ordering Information and any Specifications referred to or incorporated into a Purchase Order, or except as expressly agreed by both parties in writing, any terms and conditions contained in a Purchase Order or in Manufacturer’s quotation or order acknowledgment forms that are inconsistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement are hereby rejected by Manufacturer and will be deemed null and of no effect.
