No Conflicting Terms. The Parties will mutually agree on Purchase Order terms. Any terms and conditions contained in either Party’s documents that are inconsistent with or in addition to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or Purchase Orders are hereby rejected and will be deemed null and of no effect.
