Common use of No Conflicting Duties Clause in Contracts

No Conflicting Duties. Executive hereby confirms that he is under no contractual commitments inconsistent with his obligations set forth in this Agreement, and that during the Term of this Agreement, he will not render or perform services, or enter into any contract to do so, for any other corporation, firm, entity or person that are inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement or Executive’s fiduciary obligations to the Company. Except as otherwise provided herein, Executive shall not serve as a director of any other corporation (except nonprofit organizations to the extent such service does not materially affect Executive’s performance of his duties for the Company) without the prior approval of the Board of Directors.
