No Conflicting Activity. Except with the Principal’s knowledge and express written permission, the Service Provider shall not engage in any activity, or accept any employment, other agreement, interest, or contribution that would reasonably appear to compromise the Service Provider’s professional judgment and performance with respect to the Service and/or the Project. In performing the Service, the Service Provider shall take all necessary measures to prevent any situation where the impartial and objective implementation of the Service is compromised for reasons involving economic interest, political or national affinity, family or emotional ties or any other shared interest.
