No Claim on Collateral Clause Samples

No Claim on Collateral. The Senior Note Trustee hereby waives pursuant to the Indenture for itself and on behalf of each present and future holder of Senior Notes, each and every right which the Senior Note Trustee or any holder of Senior Notes now or at any time hereafter may have under applicable law, by virtue of the Mortgages or Borrower's or Agent's occupation of the Mortgaged Premises, to claim or assert any lien, right, claim or title to any or all of the Lender Collateral comprised of tangible personal property located thereon, including, without limitation, any Inventory or Records to the extent relating thereto, that now or hereafter may be stored in or located on the Mortgaged Premises or Equipment (as defined in Exhibit B annexed hereto).
