Each Holder, by accepting a Note, authorizes and directs the Trustee to enter into, and agrees to all the terms and provisions of, the Collateral Documents, including the After-Acquired Collateral Documents, as the same may be amended from time to time pursuant to the provisions of the Collateral Documents, the After-Acquired Collateral Documents and this Indenture.
