No Charges. Without prejudice to the provisions in the sixth paragraph of Condition 6.10 and Condition 9.9(e)(iii), neither the Issuer nor any person or agent acting on its behalf shall make or impose on a Bondholder any charge or commission in relation to any payment, transfer or conversion in respect of the Bonds including any issue or delivery of Ordinary Shares or ADSs pursuant to the exercise of any ADS Settlement Option by the Issuer.
