No Changes to Agreement. It is expressly understood and agreed that under no circumstances shall this Article be construed by either party as a right to require the reopening of the Agreement or any part of it. The terms and conditions of the agreement shall in all events continue to be effective throughout the express term of this Agreement except where amendments are mutually agreed to in writing and appended to this Agreement.
No Changes to Agreement. No modifications or amendments to any of the terms, conditions, or provisions of this Agreement and the incorporated Settlement and Release Agreement may be made except by a written agreement executed by all Parties hereto.
