Safety Legislation a) The NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act 2011) and the accompanying Regulations, Codes of Practice and associated safety legislation will apply to this Project. On this Project, there will be compliance with all statutory requirements, applicable work health and safety policies and procedures, and site safety rules. b) Where an activity or procedure for which there is no technical regulation is to proceed, reference will be made to the appropriate Australian Standard.

Safety Legislation. All employees, shall comply with the School Safety Legislation (Public Acts 121.139 of 2005) including, but not limited to, compliance with notice provisions, fingerprinting requirements and future amendments. Employee is responsible for cost of fingerprinting.
