Safety Legislation. (a) The Union and the Company agree that any applicable Federal legislation, or regulations issued pursuant to such legislation pertaining to the work place of the employees, shall be fully complied with.
Safety Legislation a) The NSW Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (WHS Act 2011) and the accompanying Regulations, Codes of Practice and associated safety legislation will apply to this Project. On this Project, there will be compliance with all statutory requirements, applicable work health and safety policies and procedures, and site safety rules.
b) Where an activity or procedure for which there is no technical regulation is to proceed, reference will be made to the appropriate Australian Standard.
