No Change in Warrant Terms on Adjustment. Irrespective of any adjustments in the number of Warrant Shares (including any inclusion of Other Securities) issuable upon exercise, Warrants theretofore or thereafter issued may continue to express the same prices and number of Warrant Shares as are stated in the similar Warrants issuable initially, or at some subsequent time, pursuant to this Agreement, and the Exercise Price and such number of Warrant Shares issuable upon exercise specified thereon shall be deemed to have been so adjusted.
