Common use of No Casualty Event/Flood Insurance Clause in Contracts

No Casualty Event/Flood Insurance. No Loan Party has received any notice of the occurrence of any Casualty Event affecting all or any portion of its property, except for any such Casualty Event as would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect. No Mortgage encumbers improved real property that is located in an area that has been identified by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development as an area having special flood hazards within the meaning of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 unless flood insurance available under such Act or otherwise reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent has been obtained in accordance with Section 6.05.
