Common use of No Brokerage Commissions Clause in Contracts

No Brokerage Commissions. Each party warrants and represents to the other that it has not entered into any agreement under which a brokerage commission or fee would be payable in connection with this Lease by the other. Each party further agrees to indemnify, protect, defend and hold the other party harmless from any loss, cost, liability and expense (including attorneys’ fees and costs) which the other party may incur as the result of any breach of this Section 31.
