No Benefit to Bailee We will not recognize any assignment or grant any coverage that benefits a person or organization holding, storing or moving property for a fee regardless of any other provision of this policy.
No Benefits Consultant acknowledges and agrees that Consultant and its Assistants shall not be eligible for any Company employee benefits and, to the extent Consultant otherwise would be eligible for any Company employee benefits but for the express terms of this Agreement, Consultant (on behalf of itself and its employees) hereby expressly declines to participate in such Company employee benefits.
Entitlement to Benefits Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Agreement, a benefit under this Agreement shall not be granted in respect of an item of income if it is reasonable to conclude, having regard to all relevant facts and circumstances, that obtaining that benefit was one of the principal purposes of any arrangement or transaction that resulted directly or indirectly in that benefit, unless it is established that granting that benefit in these circumstances would be in accordance with the object and purpose of the relevant provisions of this Agreement.
Sick Benefits 15.01 Eligible employees will receive Short Term Disability Benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the STD Plan Text, a copy of which has been supplied to the Union. The STD plan forms part of this Collective Agreement.
Payment of Salary Executive acknowledges and represents that the Company has paid all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation, commissions and any and all other benefits due to Executive.
TREATMENT OF FRINGE BENEFITS The fringe benefits are charged using the rate(s) listed in the Fringe Benefits Section of this Agreement. The fringe benefits included in the rate(s) are listed below. TREATMENT OF PAID ABSENCES Vacation, holiday, sick leave pay and other paid absences are included in salaries and wages and are claimed on grants, contracts and other agreements as part of the normal cost for salaries and wages. Separate claims are not made for the cost of these paid absences.
Program Benefits Under the Probation Status, the Participating Contractor will be eligible for all contractor incentives, its customers will have access to financing offered through the Program, and income- eligible households will be eligible to receive Program incentives.
Benefits on Layoff (The following clause is applicable to full-time employees only) In the event of a lay-off of a full-time employee the Hospital shall pay its share of insured benefits premium up to three (3) months from the end of the month in which the lay-off occurs or until the laid off employee is employed elsewhere, whichever occurs first.
Entitlement to Other Sick Leave Each employee in the bargaining unit shall once a year be credited with a total of 100 days sick leave in addition to the sick leave provided under Section 13.4.1 of this Article. Each day of sick leave provided by this Section shall be compensated at the rate of fifty (50) percent of the employee’s regular salary. The paid sick leave provided for under this Section shall be in addition to any other paid leave provided for in this Article and shall be used after the exhaustion of the leaves provided in Sections 13.4. The leave in this Section shall not be accumulative.
Other Fringe Benefits During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.
