The School has no authority whatsoever to enter into any contract or other agreement that would financially obligate Volunteers of America of Minnesota, nor does the School have any authority whatsoever to make any representations to lenders or third parties, that Volunteers of America of Minnesota in any way guarantees, is financially obligated, or is in any way responsible for any contract, loan or other instrument of indebtedness entered into by the School.
