Voluntary Authorization. The District shall deduct Union membership dues for each pay period worked in the amount specified by the Union from the salary of each employee who has submitted a written authorization.
Voluntary Authorization. Upon written authorization, the Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of any Union member a P.E.O.P.L.E. (Public Employees Organized To Promote Legislative Equality) deduction in the amount authorized by the Union member. An employee may revoke his or her authorization at any time by giving written notice to both the Employer and the Union. The Employer agrees to remit any deductions made pursuant to this provision promptly to the Union together with an itemized statement showing the name of each employee from whose pay such deductions have been made and the amount deducted during the period covered by the remittance.

In granting this Contract, Volunteers of America of Minnesota voluntarily exercises powers given to Volunteers of America of Minnesota pursuant to Applicable Law to authorize charter schools. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to be any waiver of Volunteers of America of Minnesota’s autonomy or power.
Voluntary Authorization. Osprey Wilds qualifies as an authorizer pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 124E.05 Subd. 1. In granting this Contract, Osprey Wilds voluntarily exercises powers given to Osprey Wilds pursuant to Applicable Law to authorize charter schools. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to be any waiver of Osprey Wilds' autonomy or powers.

In granting this Contract, The Guild voluntarily exercises powers given to The Guild pursuant to Applicable Law to authorize charter schools. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to be any waiver of The Guild's autonomy or powers.
Voluntary Authorization. The participation of the undersigned, and/or if applicable, the participation of the undersigned’s child(ren) in Xxxxxx Creek camp activities and programs is completely voluntary, and the undersigned’s authorization of such participation is completely voluntary. The undersigned, acknowledges that he and /or if applicable, the undersigned’s child(ren) do not have any medical condition which might create a risk of safety for them or for others who are participating in the camp activities and programs.
Voluntary Authorization. The School shall deduct PESPU membership dues ten (10) times per year in the amount specified by PESPU from the salary of each employee who has submitted a written authorization.
