No Amendment of Lease. So long as the Mortgage remains undischarged of record, Tenant shall not amend or modify the Lease without Agent’s prior written consent in each instance, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned in the case of an amendment or modification of the Lease or any assignment and subletting (and which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and which consent shall not be required with respect to any amendment, modification or termination which is the result of the exercise by Tenant of its rights under the Lease, e.g., without limitation, extension and expansion rights).
