Common use of NO ADVERTISING OF LEASED PREMISES Clause in Contracts

NO ADVERTISING OF LEASED PREMISES. The Lessee shall not print, publish, post, display or broadcast any notice or advertisement to the effect that the Leased Premises are for lease or for sale or otherwise advertise the proposed sale or lease of the whole or any part of the Leased Premises and shall not permit any broker or other party to do any of the foregoing, unless the complete text and format of any such notice, advertisement or offer is first approved in writing by the Lessor. Without in any way restricting or limiting the Lessor’s right to refuse any text or format on other grounds, any text or format proposed by the Lessee shall not contain any reference to the rental rate of the Leased Premises.
