Nights. Please note, we require a $1,000 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT in lieu of the Limited Damage Waiver (LDW) on any stays over 28 nights. A DEEP Cleaning Fee will be collected for any stays over 28 nights at _CleaningFee_ x 2.

Nights. The method of calculation of the Swap Fees varies according to the type of FX/CFD to which it applies. Moreover, the amount of the Swap Fees will vary as it is linked to rates such as LIBOR. The Swap Fees will be credited or debited (as appropriate) to Customer’s account on the next trading day following the day to which it relates. The Company reserves the right to change the method of calculating the Swap Fees, the rates used and/or the types of FX/CFDs to which the Swap Fees applies. For certain types of FX/CFDs, a commission is payable by Customer to open and close FX/CFD positions. Such payable commission will be debited from Customer’s account at the same time as the Company opens or closes the relevant FX/CFD. Changes in our Swap Fees and calculations shall be at our own discretion and without notice. Clients need to always check our website for the then current rates charged. Rates may change quickly due to market conditions (changes in volatility, liquidity etc.) and due to various risk related matters that are at the firm's sole discretion.

Nights. Guests are also responsible for utilities for the duration of this stay, both electricity and gas. The fee is based on actual usage/ meter reading from the duration of your stay and includes pool and/ or spa heating. Utility Fee is due upon checkout and paid directly to 365 Vacation Rentals. Check-in agent will be requesting payment information upon check-in.

Nights. A nurse who works the night shift, a shift scheduled for the majority of the 17 hours of the shift occurring after 2300 hours and before 0700 hours, shall be paid a 18 shift differential as set forth below. 19 • Nurses with zero to three (0-3) years of experience as an RN shall 20 receive a premium of nine dollars ($9.00) per hour for all hours worked 21 on that shift. 22 • Nurses with three or more (3+) years of experience as an RN shall 23 receive a premium of eleven dollars and fifty cents ($11.50) per hour 24 for all hours worked on that shift.

Nights. All worked hours between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., if the bargaining unit employee clocks in between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., or if the bargaining unit employee clocks in before 11:00 p.m. and works at least four hours between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Bargaining unit employees in pay grades [1] and [2] will be paid an hourly differential of five dollars ($5.00). Bar- gaining unit employees in pay grades [3] and above will be paid an hourly differential of six dollars and fifty cents ($6.50). The appropriate night dif- ferential will continue to be paid for hours beyond 7:00 a.m.
