Common use of Night Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Night Shift Premium. All hourly paid employees (other than part-time and temporary employees) shall be paid a night shift premium of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for work performed after five o’clock (5:00) p.m. in any day and before six o’clock (6:00) a.m. of the following day.

Night Shift Premium.
