News releases pertaining to this Agreement, the Work Product developed under this contract, or the Services provided under this contract will not be made without prior written Authority approval, and then only in accordance with explicit written instructions from the Authority. No results pertaining to this contract, the Work Product developed under this contract, or the Services provided under this contract are to be released without prior approval of the Authority and then only to persons designated. Failure to follow this guideline may result in a material breach of this contract.
