Newly Born Adopted Infants. If within one month of the birth of a child, the child is either: legally placed into Subscriber’s home for adoption following a voluntary act of surrender to the custody of the Subscriber or his legal representative which becomes irrevocable, or is subject to a court order awarding custody to a Subscriber, the following will apply:
