Common use of NEWBORN COVERAGE Clause in Contracts

NEWBORN COVERAGE. I. If born from a Covered Pregnancy: (a) Provisional coverage: If born from a covered pregnancy, each newborn will automatically be covered for (a) complications of birth, and (b) any injury or illness for the first ninety (90) days after birth up to a maximum as mentioned in the schedule of benefit with no deductible or coinsurance.
