Permanent coverage Sample Clauses

The "Permanent coverage" clause establishes ongoing insurance or protection that remains in effect for the duration of a specified period, often the entire term of a contract or the lifetime of an asset. In practice, this means that the party responsible must maintain uninterrupted coverage, such as liability insurance or warranty protection, without lapses or gaps. This clause ensures continuous risk mitigation and protects all parties from potential losses or liabilities that could arise if coverage were to expire or be canceled prematurely.
Permanent coverage. For permanent coverage of a child born from a covered pregnancy, a “Notification of Birth” consisting of the newborn’s full name, gender and date of birth must be submitted within ninety (90) days of birth. Effective as of the date of birth, coverage with applicable deductible and coinsurance will then be up to the policy limits. Policy limits for complications of birth relating to a newborn are limited to the maximum benefits described in provision 8.I.(a). The premium for the addition is due at the time of the notification of birth. If such notification is not received within 90 days of birth, then an application for insurance is required on the addition and will be subject to underwriting.
