The "NEW WORK SHIFT" clause establishes the terms and conditions under which an employer may introduce or modify work shifts for employees. NEW WORK SHIFT. Fourteen (14) calendar days before the Employer implements a new work shift for employees, the Employer shall inform affected employees about the new shift. It is understood that this section only applies to the creation of new shifts, and not to employee shift assignment.
