New Loan Conditions. The following shall be conditions precedent to the first advance under any Loan being made pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (except as waived by Lender):

  • Conditions Precedent to All Advances The obligation of Bank to make each Advance, including the initial Advance, is further subject to the following conditions:
