Common use of NEW EMPLOYEES OF THE BUYER Clause in Contracts

NEW EMPLOYEES OF THE BUYER. It is the intention of the Buyer, and the Seller hereby acknowledges and agrees with such position, that any employees of the Seller that the Buyer hires will be new employees of the Buyer as of the Effective Date or the date of hire, whichever is later. Such new employees shall be entitled only to such compensation and employee benefits as are agreed to by such employees and the Buyer or as are otherwise provided by the Buyer, in its sole discretion.
