Neutral Construction. Each party to this Agreement has had the opportunity to retain counsel and to review and participate in the drafting of this Agreement and, accordingly, the normal rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting party will not be employed or used in any interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement.
