Network Traffic. (a) Network traffic shall be measured by HiHo and may include all forms of traffic to and from the Web Site. HiHo reserve the right to suspend Hosting Services (at any time and without notice to the Customer) for what it deems to be excessive traffic usage.

In the event of a denial of service attack, eStruxture reserves the right to shut down a customer’s service and/or blackhole a customer’s traffic in order to protect eStruxture’s networks.
