Network Traffic. (a) network traffic shall be measured by LEAP and may include all forms of traffic to and from the Web Site. Domestic data transfer is provided free of charge, but LEAP reserve the right to suspend Hosting Services (at any time and without notice to the Client) for what it deems to be excessive traffic usage.

Customer network traffic that adversely impacts eStruxture or third- party network must be promptly and permanently addressed by the Customer, and eStruxture has the right, at any time and without prior notice, to take any and all action in its sole discretion to protect its environments and remedy any network issue created directly or indirectly by the Customer.   • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.
