The Network Reports clause requires one party, typically a service provider, to regularly deliver detailed reports on the status, performance, or usage of a network to the other party. These reports may include metrics such as uptime, downtime incidents, bandwidth usage, or security events, and are often provided on a scheduled basis, such as monthly or quarterly. Network Reports. (1) WizCom shall report WizCom-Managed Network performance on a monthly basis. The content of such reports will depend upon the Network Access and Backbone configuration, and the use of third party networks, but WizCom shall provide industry standard measurements as reasonably requested by Avis.
