Network Latency is defined by Saddleback Communications as the round-trip delay for a packet to travel between two backbone network routers on the Saddleback Communications’ backbone, averaged on a monthly basis. The average monthly round-trip delay is measured in milliseconds. Saddleback Communications’ Network Latency Service Level is 45 milliseconds or less.
