Common use of Network Information Clause in Contracts

Network Information. (a) Information generated within Vodafone’s Network as a result of or in connection with the provision of the Service by Vodafone to the Access Seeker (Network Information) is the Confidential Information of the Access Seeker.‌ (b) The information referred to in paragraph (a) must: (i) only be used by Vodafone to undertake planning, maintenance or reconfiguration of its Network, for the purposes of this Agreement or billing or as required by the ACA or the Commission; and (ii) only be disclosed to People directly involved in planning, maintenance or reconfiguration of Vodafone’s Network or billing. (c) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) and this clause 11, Vodafone may use and disclose Network Information provided that it is aggregated with other network information and is disclosed on an anonymous basis.
