PROGRAM SERVICE Clause Samples
PROGRAM SERVICE. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right at any time to preempt, without prior notice, specific programs or services advertised as available and to determine what substitute programming or services, if any, shall be provided. We may at our discretion, make additions, deletions or modifications to our current and future program line-ups without liability to you. We shall not be liable for failure to deliver any programming or services, except as provided in paragraph 4 above.
PROGRAM SERVICE. The program service we are offering will be as follows:
PROGRAM SERVICE. The service to be performed by the consultant will be determined by the District but said service may be directly related to assistance to administrators at school sites. Such service shall be consistent with the duties "of a supervisory employee" as defined in Article 1 of the Agreement and may include special projects. Retirement consultancies will be granted based on the needs and resources as determined by the District.
PROGRAM SERVICE. All advertising spots inserted into LICENSEE PROGRAMMING by HSN or its affiliates and the PROGRAM SERVICE shall comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations and policies, provided, however, that HSN shall have 30 days to cure any breach of the foregoing after written notice of such breach is provided by STATION to HSN. All advertising spots inserted into LICENSEE PROGRAMMING by HSN or its affiliates shall comply with the written standards and practices of UVN a copy of which has been delivered to HSN, provided, however, that HSN shall have 10 days to cure any breach of the foregoing after written notice of such breach is provided by STATION to HSN, provided, further, that the foregoing obligations shall not be construed to apply to the PROGRAM SERVICE and any advertising spots included in the PROGRAM SERVICE, or any advertising spots inserted into LICENSEE PROGRAMMING by the syndicator or distributor of such LICENSEE PROGRAMMING.
PROGRAM SERVICE. The program service we are offering will be as --------------- follows:
1. Network Sponsored Programs. "Network sponsored programs", as used -------------------------- in this agreement, shall mean those television network programs which contain one or more commercial announcements paid for by or on behalf of one or more ABC Network advertisers. You agree to broadcast network sponsored programs in their entirety, including but not limited to the network commercial announcements ordered for your station, network identifications, program promotional material or credit announcements contained in such programs which you accept, without interruption or deletion or addition of any kind. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may substitute other ABC-TV promotional announcements in lieu of program promotional material which is inaccurate as it pertains to your station. It is also understood that no commercial announcement, promotional announcement or public service, announcement will be broadcast by you during any interval within a network program designated by ABC as being for the sole purpose of making a station identification announcement.
